Return Policy (Online Orders Only)

This return policy applies to online purchases made through Warbrand Sports only.

 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Worn or used gear
  • Mouthguards (for hygiene reasons)
  • Clearance or discounted items

 

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (based on availability)
  • Defective or damaged items

If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued once the return is approved.

 

▼ Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A return shipping label will not be provided by Warbrand Sports
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

 

▼ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

(In these cases only, Warbrand Sports will cover shipping.)

 

▼ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
